Fit and Fearless Self-Defense Class- May 26th
We are excited to have the crew from Fit and Fearless in store on May 26th to teach runners the fundamentals of Krav Maga Self Defense Techniques!
As athletes, we need to learn how to apply strength and endurance to protect ourselves when an attack happens. Krav maga, a self-defense system, incorporates techniques of aikido, judo, boxing and wrestling, along with fight training. This clinic will be tailored to runners learning how to protect themselves during an attack.
Skills we will work on in this class:
- How to ward off a surprise attacker
- Combat an intruder;
alertfor dangers in any situation
With all of the recent events happening, we really wanted to host another clinic for runners safety, so we hope you will join us.
Clinic will last 90 minutes and is only open to 25 people and begins at 9am. We will be inside and outside.
Please wear workout clothes as this will be a physical class and bring a water bottle to hydrate.
